Take I-94 east and exit at Wilson Avenue. Turn right onto Wilson Avenue. Turn left onto Cicero Avenue. Turn right onto Irving Park Road. Turn left onto Harlem Avenue and continue to follow it until you come to Lake Street and turn right. Take 3rd left at William Street and take a right into the parking lot.

From the City
Take I-290 west and exit at Harlem Avenue on the left. Turn right onto Harlem Avenue and continue to follow it until you come to Lake Street and turn left. . Take 3rd left at William Street and take a right into the parking lot.

From the West
Take I-88 east toward Chicago. I-88 east becomes I-290 east. Take the Harlem Avenue exit on the left. Turn left onto Harlem Avenue and continue to follow Harlem Avenue. Turn left onto Lake Street. Take 3rd left at William Street and take a right into the parking lot.

From the South

Thanks to our state-of-the-art digital imaging technology, you can get everything from X-rays to MRIs without the hassle of a hospital trip. Our easy-to-reach Advanced Imaging Centers offer extended hours and are staffed by board-certified radiologists and knowledgeable technicians with years of experience. Our imaging services include:

• High-field 1.5T Open-bore MRI - enables the creation of highly detailed images without the confining environment of a traditional MRI
• 16 Slice CT Scan - creates precise images quickly through computer-aided scanning technology
• General X-ray - allows for the accurate imaging of chest, hands, feet, knees, hips, spine, joints and more
• General Ultrasound - creates fast, accurate obstetric and gynecologic images, as well as images of kidneys, liver, thyroid and more

Our Breast Care Centers are dedicated to preventing breast cancer through education, early detection and accurate diagnosis. That's why we've brought together advanced digital mammography and a staff of board certified radiologists specially trained in breast imaging and mammogram technologists. We're also a Certified Mammography Facility by the American College of Radiology. We understand that breast health is one of the most important issues facing women today - and we're here to help in any way possible.

Now, it's easier than ever to get the cardiovascular testing you need. Our Cardiovascular Center is staffed by highly-skilled cardiologists and technicians who specialize in advanced diagnostic services, such as stress tests and echocardiography. And of our Center offers prompt scheduling and extended hours in our convenient River Forest Campus location. Our cardiovascular services include:

• Echocardiography - Like a sonogram of the heart; our system uses advanced 2-D technology to create detailed digital images and accurately diagnose an array of cardiac issues
• Stress Test - Used to evaluate heart and valve function while you are engaged in physical activity on a treadmill
• Stress Echo Test - Combines echocardiography and the stress test to diagnose various cardiac issues
• Holter Monitoring - Used to diagnose heart rhythm problems, this test uses a small, mobile device to record your heartbeat as you go about your everyday life
• Vascular Studies - Uses digital ultrasound and other sophisticated imaging and non-imaging techniques to check arms, legs, abdomen and neck for blood clots and other warning signs for stroke and carotid artery disease
• Electrocardiogram (ECG/EKG) - Records the heart's electric activity over time; test used to find causes of heart disease
